I based a lot of my original characters (the bunny and the bear) off of Bern and I. Sometimes, they are drawings of us from our peaceful slice of life moments and sometimes they're just drawings of different characters from a completely different world from ours. They're not all super deep and I'm also in the process of writing different characters in my head using the same models.
The top ones are the more recent ones and the ones far on the bottom are my older art stuff.
